What We Have Over Other Builders
Many contractors say that they can build a laundromat, and that may be true, but what else do they bring to the table?

Laundromat FAQ's
01
How much do laundromats cost to build?
Interior buildouts typically cost between $100 and $150 per square foot. That includes upgrading utilities, mechanical, electrical, plumbing, interior finishes, and limited site upgrades.
03
Can you renovate an existing laundromat while open?
Yes, absolutely! There will be several scheduled closures as utilities are upgraded and machines are moved, but we minimize these times and closely coordinate the schedule.
05
Do you handle coordination with utility companies?
Utility companies are notoriously difficult to deal with and it can take months to get upgraded services. We excel in starting these conversations early and negotiating on your behalf. Nothing is worse than having a new facility without water or power.
02
What is the construction timeline?
Design takes about 4 weeks. Permitting varies greatly by municipality. Some are 2 weeks, some are 4 months. Then actual construction is typically 8-12 weeks.
04
Can you evaluate a potential laundromat location?
Yes! Our team will take at the physical site for construction budgeting. We will introduce you to an equipment provider who will provide a formal demographic analysis and pro forma.
06
What's the biggest mistake laundromat owners make?
We work with a lot of laundromat owners and talk to a lot of people who want to invest it one. The biggest mistake is people think it's "mailbox money" or "passive income." That can be true, but it's only after a large investment and months/years of getting started,
Our Standard Process
1 / Initial Consultation
We need to get to know each other and talk through your property. It's important to make sure you are prepared for the process and your site will work for a laundromat.
2 / Pre-Construction Planning
During pre-construction, we conduct detailed diligence on your site. We provide a preliminary budget and store layout. After its approval, we begin the formal design and permitting process. When there's an approved set of plans, we provide a final construction bid and timeline.
3 / Active Construction
Then, your work is done and it's our time to start in the field. We handle all the materials, labor, subcontractors, inspections, and anything else necessary to get the facility opened.
4 / Repeat
We work with owners who are developing multiple stores or building chains. When the first one is running and profitable, we are here to help you get the second one started.
