Ways We Can Work Together
There are three main ways that we can structure our working relationship.
Traditional Fixed Price
You give us a set of plans, and we provide a bid. It's that simple. This is the most standard approach in the industry. The difference is that we don't play a game with change orders.
Design-Build
Tell us what you're wanting to build, then our architects and engineers will design it. We will provide budgets along the way to ensure we are in lockstep with what it will cost.
Turnkey Development
Not sure where to start? We help you from concept to keys. We will work with planning & zoning, utility companies, and the building department to ensure your project is a success.
